What is your delivery timeline?
Orders will be delivered within 4-6 working days.
Orders sent to outlying regions may take longer.
While every effort is made to deliver your orders timeously, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with a further delay, we will contact you via email to provide you with a revised shipping schedule.
Delivery Policy
When you make a purchase with us, you are bound by our Terms & Conditions. It is therefore understood that by making a purchase on our website, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. What if my package is delivered as ‘undeliverable’?
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset, as title and risk will pass on to you, once the order has left our premises. Occasionally packages are returned to us as “undeliverable”. Should this take place, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
When will my order be processed?
Online orders can only be processed once funds have cleared in our bank account. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends are only processed by the bank on the following working day.
What is your return Policy?
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase, you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. Please send us an email susan@garyrom.co.za with your order, reason for return, as well as whether you would like a refund or exchange. The goods must be returned to us undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 (fourteen) days to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Should you choose to use a courier that does not offer a tracking facility, and the goods are lost, then no refund or exchange will be considered.
