DELIVERY TIMELINES
Please note that orders will be delivered within 4-6 working days and any orders sent to outlying regions may take even longer. While every effort is made to deliver your orders timeously, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with a further delay, we will contact you via email to provide you with a revised shipping schedule.

DELIVERY POLICY
When you make a purchase with us, you are bound by our Terms & Conditions. It is therefore understood that by making a purchase on our website, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. ORDER PROCESSING
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset, as title and risk will pass on to you, once the order has left our premises. Occasionally packages are returned to us as “undeliverable”. Should this take place, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

REFUNDS/ RETURNS POLICY
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase, you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. Please send us an email susan@garyrom.co.za with your order, reason for return, as well as whether you would like a refund or exchange. The goods must be returned to us undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 (fourteen) days to qualify for a refund or exchange. Should you choose to use a courier that does not offer a tracking facility, and the goods are lost, then no refund or exchange will be considered.

PAYMENT OPTIONS AND PRICING
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Gary Rom Haircare endeavours to offer you competitive prices on all products. Your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus VAT (value added tax) and shipping charges (on the day of shipping). We reserves the right to change pricing at any time, without prior notice. Should we reduce a price on any online products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference (of the price you were charged and the reduced selling price). To receive the refund you need to contact us via email susan@garyrom.co.za within 14 (fourteen) days of shipment.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We accept MasterCard and Visa cards. If you do not have a bank card, please utilise one of our other payment options.

EFT (ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER)
Once you have added your item/s to the shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option from payfast to pay via “Instant EFT”.
